How Do I Maintain My Invisalign® Results?
After completing your Invisalign® treatment, it is essential to follow specific guidelines to help your teeth retain their new alignment. The most important of these is wearing your retainer as directed. Our custom-made retainers are designed to prevent relapse and ensure your smile remains properly aligned for the long-term.
Please also note that during the initial process, proper care of your Invisalign® aligners is vital for comfort and effectiveness. We recommend:
- Rinsing aligners each time you remove them.
- Cleaning aligners daily with a soft toothbrush and lukewarm water (avoid hot water, which can warp the plastic)
- Keeping aligners in their protective case when not in use.*
